Join those from across the firm who are contributing to Reconciliation and develop your skills as we contribute to a path forward.What You Will DoBuilding and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with Indigenous communitiesTake ownership on major projects for public (federal, provincial, municipal, Indigenous government) and private sector (e.G., critical infrastructure asset owners) clients across a wide variety of industries and sectorsDevelopment and implementation of strategies, policies, procedures and business casesSupport provincial implementation of Indigenous relations to increase collaboration and potential business opportunities with communities and Indigenous businesses.Prepare and distribute reports and proposalsPrepare proposals for RFP submissionsPerform research, data gathering and analysisManaging teams of KPMG advisory personnel including training and mentoring of junior staff and contributing to the overall skills enhancement and experience of the teamAssist with the development and review of engagement reports and technical project reviewsAssist in preparing strategic plans, business plans and business casesContribute to a dedicated team of professionals in delivering advisory services to clientsWhat You Bring To The Role7+ years of industry experience in a relevant industry, including 3+ years consulting experience (e.G., government, engineering, construction, real estate, utilities); and/orDemonstrated skills and experience in one or more of the followingCommunity engagementInfrastructure project planning,

The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition,
