At Lifemark, your work makes a real difference—expanding access to care and creating lasting impact in the communities you serve.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive, evidence‑based Occupational Therapy services to clients.Apply clinical expertise and professional competence in the assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow‑up of clients.Perform clinical evaluations, including admission assessments, ADL assessments, specialized seating and positioning assessments.Identify appropriate equipment needs and initiate recommendations.Consult with local vendors regarding equipment trials and complete applications/funding letters to the Ministry of Health, insurance agencies and other funding parties.Provide education on seating and positioning, independence with activities of daily living, wheelchairs and adaptive aides, as well as ongoing education to clients and family to improve function, independence and safety.Provide ongoing evaluation of restraint use, wound prevention, falls, and injury prevention.Record assessment findings and treatment interventions in the client's chart.Excel in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment.Exhibit sound professional judgment.QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of current Occupational Therapy standards, modalities and scope of practice; or an equivalent combination of education,
