Make a difference.Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist dedicated to enhancing the health and well‑being of Canadians? At Lifemark, your work makes a real difference—expanding access to care and creating lasting impact in the communities you serve.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive, evidence‑based Occupational Therapy services to clients.Apply clinical expertise and professional competence in the assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow‑up of clients.Perform clinical evaluations, including admission assessments, ADL assessments, specialized seating and positioning assessments.Identify appropriate equipment needs and initiate recommendations.Consult with local vendors regarding equipment trials and complete applications/funding letters to the Ministry of Health, insurance agencies and other funding parties.Provide education on seating and positioning, independence with activities of daily living, wheelchairs and adaptive aides, as well as ongoing education to clients and family to improve function, independence and safety.Provide ongoing evaluation of restraint use, wound prevention, falls, and injury prevention.Record assessment findings and treatment interventions in the client's chart.Excel in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment.Exhibit sound professional judgment.QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of current Occupational Therapy standards, modalities and scope of practice; or an equivalent combination of education,
training and experience.Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.Experience in concussion management is considered an asset.Newly licensed graduates are welcome to apply.A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle is an asset.Other RequirementsClinical experience is a valuable asset in areas such as brain injury/neurological rehabilitation, mental health, musculoskeletal/orthopedic injury, home safety, ergonomics or return to work.Passion for your profession and commitment to ongoing professional development.Superior interpersonal relations, communication, problem‑solving, time management, computer and documentation skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.BenefitsHigh earning potential with support to build a caseload based on your clinical interests.Competitive signing bonus available for experienced Occupational Therapists with Post Concussion Management Program (PCMP) experience.$1,500 annual learning and development allowance.Team culture that values collaboration, learning and shared success.Centralized support so you can focus on care,
