Immediate Start | Summer 2026
We are hiring Sales / Marketing Interns to start immediately and work through August . This is a field-based, performance-driven role focused on door-to-door marketing for a fast-growing residential painting business.
This internship provides hands-on experience in outside sales, marketing, business development, and customer communication within a real operating business.
This is not a desk job or casual summer position. The work you do directly impacts revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Door-to-door marketing in assigned neighborhoods
- Speaking professionally with homeowners
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Booking free estimates
- Tracking daily performance metrics
- Representing Durham Region Painting in the community
- Accurately recording lead information and homeowner interest

No experience required. Training, scripts, and ongoing support are provided.
Schedule & Commitment
- Start immediately – work through August
- Minimum 3 shifts per week (3–4 hours per shift)
- Daytime and early evening availability
- Outdoor, independent work

Compensation
- $18–30/hour
