In this role you will report to the Store Manager and help deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet store objectives and support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences. Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge. Provide a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity. Foster teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district. Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager. Carry out other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co‑workers. Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs. Motivated and driven to achieve results. Ability to work efficiently in the quick‑paced team environment. Openness to learn and develop new skills. Flexibility and ability to quickly adopt to change. Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts including closing shifts and weekends as required.
