Overview Position: Field Service Technician, Day Shift (Greater Toronto Area) As a Field Service Technician, you will be an onsite mobile technician, traveling within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) under the guidance of the Regional Product Support Manager to troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform retrofits and campaigns, and efficiently manage all computer-based reporting and job logistics, with the goal of exceeding customer expectations while supporting broader company objectives. What you will do Provide in office technical and mechanical support at any location for customers and MCI/NF. Assemble, organize, and maintain all required company reports. Communicate openly and professionally with internal and external customers, management, and co-workers. Investigate, identify, and report product issues, including those related to supplier components. Recommend appropriate courses of action to resolve issues in coordination with relevant departments. Assist with controlled testing of components and installations as directed by Management, TSS, or Engineering. Training will be provided to stay current with vehicle systems to deliver top-level OEM support for all coach and vendor components. Identify and suggest improvements to technical bulletins, maintenance materials, and other technical publications. Resolve customer problems or complaints efficiently and in a timely manner to support both customer and company interests.



Perform special assignments as required Other duties as assigned What you need to be successful 310T Certified Required Transit/Coach Experience Preferred (Willing to train) Minimum of 5 years of experience as a 310T Technician Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills with technical and diagnostic challenges Experienced with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) systems and troubleshooting Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experienced using industry-standard diagnostic software such as Cummins Insite, DDDL, Allison DOC, and Wabco Toolbox Must be a Certified 310T Technician 50% Travel with the GTA Must be able to travel to the United States for training $40 - $48 per hour Our Why We exist to move people.
