Position Overview:





Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and building meaningful connections with clients? As a Sales Associate in our Tudor Boutique, you’ll play a key role in shaping each client’s experience from offering personalized assistance, sharing your product knowledge, and guiding them through their luxury journey. From the first conversation to purchase and beyond, you will ensure that they feel confident and valued in their decisions. If you take pride in creating memorable moments and elevating the client experience, we’d love to meet you!

As a Sales Associate at Raffi Jewellers, you will:

- Guide clients through the process of selection, decision making, and client after-sales, using a detailed understanding of all products and services available.
- Maintain and transfer knowledge of brand heritage, collection, features and key attributes to clients, adhering to Tudor and Raffi brand guidelines to assist clients to making the most informed decisions based on their needs and preferences.
- Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients, perform regular follow-ups and address any post-purchase needs.
- Ensure that the showroom meets the visual expectations of the brand.
- Collaborate and assist co-workers when required to ensure that customer service is always maintained to the highest level.

Qualifications:

- Have experience in retail sales. Experience dealing with a luxury retail client base and/or previous experience with watches is an asset.
- Ability to speak in multiple languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools, scheduling tools and Microsoft Office.
- Flexible to work hours based on operational business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Qualified candidates must have valid work authorization for employment in Canada.
