Applicants should be graduates of a related program with hands-on experience. You'll assist residents with their daily living activities, monitor their conditions, and respond to any emergencies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering trust with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to care plans
• Assist with daily hygiene and living activities
• Report on residents' conditions to supervisors
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Engage in continuous learning through in-services
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide program graduate
• Experience with seniors in health services
• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support recommended
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
