To learn more, visit About The RoleTheDirector of Production Operations (GM of GM's)is a senior operational leader responsible for the strategic execution, performance optimization, and end-to-end consistency of Clutch's national vehicle production infrastructure. This includes full accountability for all operational outcomes across the company's Inspection and Reconditioning Centers (IRCs).What You'll DoAssume end-to-end responsibility for performance and integrity of all IRC facilities across CanadaEnsure each site operates within a standardized,



scalable frameworkDevelop and enforce site-level execution plans aligned with national production strategyMaintain full visibility into site health metrics through formal reporting structuresDirect national vehicle throughput, including production funnel optimization and inventory staging across all WIP categoriesEnsure vehicles are prioritized and processed according to readiness timelines and business SLAsDesign and implement systems for real-time inventory monitoring, constraint identification, and corrective actionDefine, track, and enforce critical KPIs including cost-per-unit, vehicle readiness timelines, cycle time, WIP, and takt timesLead a distributed team of Regional Production Managers (RPMs) and Site Production Managers (SPMs)Facilitate talent development, succession planning, and leadership trainingChampion Clutch's SOPs and production quality controls across all IRC locationsMonitor deviations, implement control mechanisms, and conduct root cause analysesOversee a Blitz Team for IRC launches, peak production accelerations, and tactical interventionsOwn and govern the national rhythm of business through daily and weekly operational cadenceAct as a primary interface between production operations and core business units including Logistics, Central Inventory, CX, Product, Engineering, and AnalyticsCollaborate with HR and Site Leadership to maintain optimal staffing, shift coverage, and role alignmentEnforce compliance with health, safety, and labor regulationsWhat We're Looking ForEducation:
