You'll play a critical role in transforming how data flows across the organization — enabling advanced analytics, machine learning, and near-real-time decision-making. You'll lead a small team of data engineers and collaborate closely with analysts, data scientists, and product teams to ensure data reliability, accessibility, and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect Scalable Systems: Design and maintain robust data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models supporting analytics, ML, and BI toolsModern Data Stack Ownership: Oversee and optimize tools across the stack — e.G., S3, Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, etcData Quality & Governance:
