You will work under the Client Care Manager to process releases for various transport modes while ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Effective communication with customers and carriers is essential, as well as proficiency in managing the team’s email and Document Management System. Strong organizational skills will help you thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Release shipments electronically for highway, rail, and ocean
• Communicate effectively with customers and logistics partners




• Prepare and present essential documentation to authorities
• Manage Outlook correspondence and transaction details
• Coordinate logistics and payment arrangements
Requirements:
• Completed high school education
• Ability to read and understand customs documentation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume tasks
• Experience in Customs Brokerage or Logistics
