Job Requirements 10+ years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) architecture, industrial systems, and infrastructure design Strong expertise in developing and governing OT architecture frameworks, including Design Patterns, Reference Architectures, Decision Trees, and Technology Standards Hands‑on experience with OT platforms and vendor ecosystems, including AVEVA, Rockwell Automation, Emerson, and related technologies Deep understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and IIoT environments Experience designing and optimizing OT solutions aligned with enterprise IT and operational needs Strong knowledge of architecture governance models, compliance frameworks,



and best practices Ability to translate business and operational requirements into technical architecture artifacts Experience creating architecture diagrams, technical specifications, roadmaps, and solution blueprints Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in complex industrial environments Excellent communication skills to collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders Key Responsibilities Review, enhance, and expand OT technology architecture documents, including design patterns, reference architectures, decision trees, and architecture standards Identify gaps in existing architecture and develop current architecture artifacts and frameworks Collaborate with stakeholders to: Translate business and operational requirements into technical architecture specifications Align solutions with industry best practices Review and validate proposed changes in architecture documents and artifacts for approval from leadership Perform design governance and compliance reviews for OT project designs to ensure alignment with approved architecture documents Provide guidance to solution architects and designers Conduct requirements analysis TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
