PowerPoint, Visio).- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and establish new connections as required.- Support wired and wireless networks, including switches, cabling, and Wi-Fi access points.- Work with corporate IT teams and other sites on network, systems, and infrastructure projects.- Perform daily system and data backups.- Proactively create and maintain technical documentation.- Ensure site IT operations align with corporate standards, governance, and security policies.- Collaborate with senior IT team members to improve systems and network performance.- Perform other duties as assigned by management.What do you need to have?- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in an IT Support Technician or Help Desk role.- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows PC and Server operating systems.- Experience supporting PC, server, and storage hardware.- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.- Cisco (CCNA or equivalent)- Microsoft certifications are considered solid assets.- MCSE certification is an advantage.- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and Webmail.- Experience with Cisco networking equipment, including switches and routers.- Working knowledge of Cisco IOS and basic network configuration and troubleshooting.- Experience with network switches, structured cabling, and network printers.- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Wi-Fi access points and wireless networks.- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Customer-service mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to site locations as required.Why apply?This is a stable, long-term prospect for an IT professional who enjoys hands-on work, values strong team collaboration, and wants to build a career in a unique operational setting while enjoying an exceptional outdoor lifestyle.#J-18808-Ljbffr
