Senior leadership role responsible for the overall Workday architecture and technical direction across the People Technology landscape. You will be the escalation point for complex design and configuration, lead a Workday centre of excellence, and set the multi-year roadmap.What you will doOwn the end-to-end Workday architecture across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Integrations, Reporting, AnalyticsLead hands-on solution design and configuration for complex business processes, security patterns, calculated fields, condition rules, and cross-module design standardsSet data governance and data quality standards across worker, org, payroll, and talent data (controls, definitions, ownership, and quality checks)Manage Workday release impact assessment, testing approach, deployment readiness, and stakeholder commsPartner with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to align processes, reduce unnecessary customization, and prioritize a sustainable roadmapLead and develop the team (2 direct reports, 10 indirect) and build COE ways of working, standards,
and documentationWhat you will bring9+ years of Workday experience with broad module exposure and solid depth in Talent, Core HCM, Reporting, Security, and IntegrationsAdvanced capability in BP configuration, security design, calculated fields, condition rules, reporting, dashboards, and analyticsIntegration oversight experience (Studio, EIB, PECI, REST, SOAP) and strong end-to-end mindsetProven technical leadership and people management, with experience coaching a high-performing Workday teamBackground in large, high-volume enterprise environments (retail or financial services preferred) with strong stakeholder influenceWhat success looks likeClear architectural standards, governance, and documentation that improve platform stability and scalabilityFaster resolution of escalations and increased team self-sufficiencySimpler, more automated colleague and manager experiencesImproved data quality with fewer defects and reworkA prioritized multi-year roadmap balancing demand, compliance, maintainability, and long-term healthCompensation and benefitsBase salary up to C$190,000Annual bonus4 weeks vacation plus 5 personal and sick days#J-18808-Ljbffr
