In this senior role, you will implement, configure, and optimize Xactly solutions to support clients’ incentive compensation strategies. Bring your solid technical expertise and understanding of Sales Performance Management to lead various implementation phases. You will ensure accurate credit allocation, develop reporting frameworks, and provide user acceptance testing to validate system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Xactly Incent implementation and configuration processes
• Design compensation plans and configure participant hierarchies




• Create and maintain calculation formulas for commissions
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for analytics

Requirements:
• 4+ years in software development or systems analysis
