The Marketing Specialist for PR and Influencers will be essential in executing our public relations strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences while also managing our influencer strategy to support ongoing initiatives and campaign efforts. This role demands a agile professional with a strong grasp of media relations, storytelling, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our PR and influencer initiatives align with the overall brand strategy and effectively promote the AIR MILES value proposition. In this position, you will develop and implement PR campaigns that elevate the AIR MILES brand, drive engagement, and increase visibility in target markets. You will also be responsible for content development with key influencers that supports our broader marketing objectives. Additionally, you will report on media coverage, analyze the effectiveness of PR initiatives, and provide insights to refine strategies for improved impact. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach will be vital in representing the AIR MILES brand across various media platforms. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
