Sales Associate for Jewelry Duties: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions. Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking showcases and arranging merchandise. -Be able to advise customers on Custom Jewelery Design options, and help customers by suggesting ideas. Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Experience: Previous experience in Jewelery sales and taking in Jewelery repairs is preferred. Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial. Knowledge of retail math and basic understanding of wireless or electronics sales is desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.



-Neat and transparent handwriting or printing is a must. -A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an asset. -A knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram would an asset. -A knowledge of Simply Accounting is an asset, but not essential. -Experience with 3D CAD designing software for jewelry would be a definite asset.
