As a Mobile Team Supervisor, you will provide essential support to Mobile Patrol Drivers and oversee static guard operations. Your role focuses on incident management, training, and ensuring consistent service delivery across operations. Collaborating with various teams, you will enhance communication and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support Mobile Patrol Drivers during overnight shifts
• Guide guards through emergency situations
• Manage alarm response and escalation processes




• Perform field visits to assess service quality
• Encourage teamwork within Mobile Patrol and SOC teams
Requirements:
• Experience in Mobile Patrol, static security, or supervision preferred
• Deep understanding of security operations and incident response
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid BC Security Worker Licence required
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with valuable abstract
