Job Description

As a Keyholder, you will help ensure excellent store execution, recommend products, and support community engagement. You will assist with daily store operations, safety, and customer service, embodying our core values of Safety, Compassion, Expertise, and Efficiency.

What You Do

- Cashier and customer sales
- Preparing merchandise orders, banking,



and paperwork
- Stocking shelves with small items
- Store maintenance
- Unloading deliveries and stocking items up to 50 lbs.
- Opening and closing the store following procedures
- Assigning tasks in absence of managers
- Other duties as required

What You Bring

- At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Outgoing personality with robust customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation; a valid driver’s license may be required
