Elevate your career as a Network Administrator with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment in Toronto, ON. This full time freelance role focuses on optimizing Cisco environments and supporting the network infrastructure for major sporting events.
MLSE is seeking a motivated professional with 2–4 years of experience in network administration to enhance our IT Infrastructure team. Your expertise in Cisco routing, switching, and wireless technologies will drive the reliability and performance of our network. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security initiatives while documenting changes and procedures accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain Cisco routing and switching systems
• Optimize wireless environments for performance and reliability




• Manage Cisco Identity Services Engine for network access
• Monitor network security and performance proactively
• Document configurations and network changes thoroughly
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in network administration or engineering
• Strong skills in Cisco Route & Switch and Wireless technologies
• Understanding of VLANs, OSPF, and BGP principles
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools
• Proactive problem-solving and collaborative abilities
Contribute to enhancing network performance and supporting top-tier sporting events at MLSE in Toronto.
