Installation Technician Team Lead – Join a Team That Builds Big Bright Stuff!

Are you hands-on, love working outdoors, and take pride in seeing your work stand tall? We’re looking for an Installation Technician Team Lead to help bring bold, beautiful LED signage to life!

You’ll install, service, and maintain everything from storefront signs to large pylons and canopies. No two days are the same-and you’ll get to travel, use cool equipment, and work with a fun, safety-focused crew.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Install and maintain all kinds of commercial signage
- Safely load, transport, and set up materials and tools
- Work with blueprints and layouts to get every detail just right
- Operate lifts and power tools like a pro
- Keep sites tidy and safe while helping teammates get the job done right

What You Bring

- 2+ years’ experience in sign installation, construction, or a similar trade
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills




- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all conditions
- Positive attitude, team player, and safety-first mindset

Bonus Points For

- A clean, insurable driving record
- Heavy machinery experience
- Carpentry and Trades an asset
- Class 1 Driver’s License with Q Endorsement
- Alberta Mobile Crane Operator Certificate (0-8 ton)
