Responsibilities include:

- Assisting the Executive Housekeeper in checking and maintaining the cleanliness of rooms and common areas.
- Reporting malfunctions to the maintenance department.
- Anticipating and responding to the needs of our guests.
- Supervising maintenance staff (30 to 50 employees).
- Monitoring stock levels, identifying supply needs, and establishing orders.
- Ensuring work conforms to Club Med's high standards of quality.
- Collaborating with relevant departments such as room staff, laundry, and catering.
- Guaranteeing service quality, safety compliance,



and asset maintenance.
