Job Title: Messageway/Seeburger Support Analyst

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer systems [Messageway / Seeburger experience would be added advantage]

• Candidate must have extensive knowledge of secure file transfer protocols, data integration, automation, and troubleshooting Messageway / Seeburger MFTP processes.

• Experience working with Messageway / Seeburger MFTP, or similar managed file transfer solutions. Strong understanding of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS,HTTPs, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer systems [Messageway / Seeburger experience would be added advantage]

• Experience in automating file transfer workflows and monitoring tools.

• Knowledge of enterprise integrations and data exchange solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Solid familiarity with Messageway / Seeburger Configuration and File Transfer Management.

• Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments.

• Knowledge of scripting languages like Shell, Python, or PowerShell for automation.





• Configured and maintain SSH keys for secure partner connection and PGP keys for encryption/decryption of sensitive files

Job Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain Messageway / Seeburger MFTP software for secure file transfers.

• Configure and manage transfer flows, queues, and channels for seamless data exchange.

• Implement and enforce secure file transfer protocols, including SFTP,FTP, and FTPS

• Automate file transfer workflows using Messageway / Seeburger MFTP automation tools.

• Monitor and resolve file transfer issues by reviewing logs, triggers ,and alerts.

• Ensure high availability and reliability of file transfer systems.

• Provide level 2/3 support for troubleshooting and resolving file transfer issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, DevOps, etc.) to ensure smooth file transfer operations.

• Perform root cause analysis on file transfer failures and implement corrective actions.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Windows OS server patching, coordinate maintenance activity, validate application functionality after OS patching
