Thesuccessful candidate will play a key role in ensuring software quality throughcomprehensive testing practices, defect management, automation, accessibilityvalidation, performance testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Provideguidance on testing strategy, test plans, testing tools, and resourcerequirements. Planand organize testing efforts for large-scale GUI and non-GUI systems. Executesystem integration testing, specialized testing, stress testing, and useracceptance testing (UAT). Developand maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Executefunctional, integration, system, and regression testing. Validatesystem functionality under various operating conditions. Identify,document, and track software defects using defect management tools. Workclosely with development teams to reproduce, investigate, and resolveissues. Developand maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automationframeworks and tools. Integrateautomated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Conductperformance, load, and stress testing to validate scalability andreliability. Ensurecompliance with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)standards and related regulations. Collaboratewith developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders toensure quality outcomes. Participatein Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews,and retrospectives. Maintaintest documentation, quality metrics, and test coverage reports. Required Qualifications QA & Technical Experience 5+years of experience working within Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments. 5+years of experience testing web and mobile applications across multipleplatforms and operating systems. 5+years of hands-on experience performing systems testing, mobile testing,accessibility testing, and user acceptance testing. Strongexperience creating Testing Strategies and Test Plans. 5+years of experience analyzing business requirements and developing testdata requirements. Extensiveexperience creating detailed test cases and test scenarios. Provenexperience identifying, documenting, and communicating software defects.
