Reporting to the Director, Client Success, you’ll guide clients through their journey, helping them understand the value of Windmill, supporting their progress and shaping how we improve our services.As the first point of client contact, you’ll bring energy and enthusiasm to every interaction. You’ll also show patience, kindness and empathy when supporting newcomers navigating a new country and system. This role blends relationship-building, problem-solving and detail-oriented administrative work,
ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and staying organized behind the scenes.Key Responsibilities:Respond to client inquiries by phone and email with warmth and professionalismClearly explain Windmill’s offerings and guide clients through next stepsIdentify trends in client questions and feedback to improve communication and supportProactively follow up with clients to track progress and outcomesMaintain accurate, up-to-date client records including employment statusShare relevant resources with clients still working toward employmentTake ownership of specific professions, using data to identify insights and opportunitiesManage clients from partner organizations, providing tailored supportSupport Client Success Coaches during busy periods and contribute to special projectsCompetencies and Characteristics: Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProactive, resourceful and takes initiativeAttention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workPersonable and enthusiastic, with the ability to engage clientsPatient and empathetic, builds trust with clients from diverse backgroundsAdaptable and comfortable learning recent tools and technologiesCurious and innovative, with a drive to improve processesFrench language skills are an assetCompensation and benefitsStarting salary range $51,000-$56,000 annually,
