Starling Community Services is seeking an Intensive Family Support Worker for the Partners program. This full-time position requires 3-5 years of experience in Children’s Mental Health or a related field. You will engage with families directly, providing hands-on support and intervention to foster mental wellness in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients
• Conduct in-person sessions in homes, schools, and community settings
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning
