OverviewTerritory Manager – Food Manufacturing IndustryThe Territory Manager drives sales growth in the BC Food Manufacturing and Processing marketplace. This position supports a home-based environment when not in direct customer engagements and reports to the National Sales Manager.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire recent customers while supporting existing account growthManage full customer lifecycle within assigned product categoryExecute sales plans and growth strategies to expand market presenceTravel extensively throughout the Greater Vancouver & Fraser Valley territory to develop and maintain client relationshipsDrive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across product linesDevelop proposals, quotations, and value-based solutions aligned with customer needsSupport bid strategy development to improve win ratesDeliver sales and technical presentations in collaboration with marketingMonitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategyMaintain CRM data, sales reports,



and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve targetsQualificationsDegree or Technical Certificate preferred but not required2+ years sales experience working within CPG or selling into Food Processing clienteleCapital equipment sales experience is an assetStrong technical aptitudeDemonstrated ability in adapting to a fast-paced sales environment, managing change and thriving in a high energy atmosphereMust have a designated home office spaceExcellent communication, presentation, and customer service skillsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated with a proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good business relations with customers (note: continue focus on client relationships)Valid driver’s license and passportBase salary in the 80-90K range plus monthly commissions and quarterly/annual bonusesCar allowance, gas card, extended benefit plan, RRSP matchHome-based work supportedApplicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada without sponsorship.
