We're hiring an Advanced Analyst for our Data and Insights team, where the role is to apply statistical skills, research methodologies, and data analysis to represent the voice of the player. reporting to a Director of Analytics, you will work with senior leadership to shape strategy and inform key decisions across a portfolio of ARPG titles, contributing across multiple live and in-development titles, gaining rapid context and balancing shifting priorities for diverse project teams.ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leadership and executives to establish, prioritize, and execute research and analytics roadmaps that directly impact game and studio-level decision makingContribute across multiple titles within the portfolio, rapidly building context and balancing shifting priorities to deliver high‐impact analysis for a variety of teamsChampion analytics projects from the conceptual stages through communication of results and recommendationsUse player data—behavioral, clustering, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing—to inform decisionsUtilize third‐party data to make inferences about the competitive landscape and inform decision‐makingPartner with designers, product managers, producers, and engineers to determine the data needed from a game to understand how players engage with its features and systemsEngage with peers to develop and share best practices, establishing subject‐matter expertise in core game analyticsDevelop dashboards and visualizations to monitor key game features and business health, applying automation and insights when relevantRequirements5+ years of experience applying quantitative or statistical methods to produce insights from dataDemonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate competing perspectives,
