Responsibilities include producing quarterly analytics reports, responding to ongoing analytics requests, and acting as a secondary analytics SME for internal communications data. Responsibilities Produce quarterly analytics reports covering Viva Engage usage, engagement, community performance, and SBU/FG activity. Pull, validate, and package data into CIBC-ready formats (PowerPoint and Excel). Support ad‑hoc analytics requests from communications leads and executives. Act as a secondary analytics SME for internal communications data. Contribute to iteration and improvement of analytics methodologies and reporting standards.



Support research into best practices and measurement improvements. Qualifications 2–5 years experience producing analytics reports. Solid experience creating reports in PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to perform data validation, calculations, and transform raw data into digestible business output. Familiarity with Viva Engage or M365 reporting. Nice to Have Experience with internal communications analytics. Exposure to data methodologies or automation concepts. Soft Skills Strong communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Business acumen. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Comfort handling numbers and presenting data clearly. Interview Process 1st round: 30‑minute interview + Excel test. 2nd round: Interview with Manager and Business Analytics Lead.
