Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily activities of Security Officers effectively
• Serve as point of contact for security issues during shifts
• Monitor access, activity, and surveillance systems
• De-escalate challenging situations involving guests
• Write comprehensive reports on incidents and responses
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in security, with a supervisory focus
• Robust grasp of security protocols and de-escalation
• Capable of handling physically demanding responsibilities
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Excellent leadership and communication in English; French is a plus
