Your New Role
The Junior Property Manager will manage a commercial portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet across Metro Vancouver, including office, retail, and industrial properties. You will support the portfolio’s day-to-day operations, administration, and overall performance while ensuring a seamless tenant experience.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the leasing and accounting teams and serving as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and site property teams.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 4+ years of experience as a Property Administrator, Junior Property Manager, or Assistant Property Manager supporting commercial properties.
- Experience using Yardi is an asset.
- BCFSA License, or working towards, is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy Act.
- A valid BC driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
