Responsibilities

Residential cleaning duties include:

- Deliver a “wow” experience during each visit.
- Follow the Crispy Cleans checklist to avoid stress and complaints.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces – solo or with a partner.
- Take before-and-after photos to protect yourself and demonstrate quality.
- Represent Crispy Cleans professionally with friendly, respectful, and reliable conduct.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

- Have prior cleaning experience, either professional or personal.
- Show reliability: arrive on time, communicate promptly, and fulfill commitments.
- Are thorough and do not cut corners.
- Have a smartphone, reliable transportation, and internet access.
- Are legally able to work in Canada and willing to pass a background check.




- Preferably reside in Edmonton, Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, or nearby areas.

Perks

- Earn $25–$35 per hour based on performance and experience.
- Full training provided on the first day.
- Flexible contract: choose days and availability.
- Clients usually supply cleaning products.
- Paid twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of each month.
- Consistent bookings managed through our app for schedule transparency.
