We are seeking an experienced and confident Human Resources Generalist to join a growing organization where you'll play a key role supporting employees, leaders, and day-to-day HR operations.

A typical day:

- Support full-cycle recruitment activities including candidate coordination, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems
- Coordinate benefit enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
- Conduct workplace walkthroughs and maintain strong employee engagement on the production floor
- Assist with training programs,



policy implementation, and employee development initiatives
- Participate in Joint Health & Safety activities, meetings, inspections, and reporting
- Provide guidance and support regarding employee relations, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation
- Generate HR reports and support organizational compliance with employment standards and workplace regulations

Successful candidates will have:

- 2+ years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar capacity
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training initiatives
- Strong understanding of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices
- Strong understanding of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices
- Experience working within manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or other blue-collar environments
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms; ADP experience is considered a strong asset
- Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) certification or related health and safety experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with the ability to travel between local facilities
