Join the Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO) as a Human Resources Manager, stationed at either the Toronto or Ignace offices. This role requires expertise in managing HR functions within a unionized setting while advancing inclusion strategies. The NWMO is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support its ambitious mission of safe nuclear waste management. In this temporary contract position, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance employee relations and drive strategic HR initiatives, including recruitment and performance management. Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and fostering a diverse workplace will be key areas of focus. Key Responsibilities:
