We are looking for a dedicated Conversion Lead with a robust background in data migration who can steer complex Guidewire implementation projects. This role emphasizes collaboration with business stakeholders, managing both onshore and offshore teams, and ensuring high standards of data quality and governance throughout the migration process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and lead Guidewire data conversion strategy
• Create and manage conversion roadmaps and timelines
• Engage with both IT and business units for alignment




• Design and execute ETL/ELT processes with Azure tools
• Ensure effective defect resolution and testing support
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in data conversion roles
• 3+ years in a lead or architect capacity
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter and PMT
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling techniques
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks
