Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated, service-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure our valued clients continue to receive the exceptional care and creative solutions Impact Marketing is known for, while also helping to grow our client base and strengthen long‑term relationships across the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing clients.
- Source and recommend branded merchandise solutions to meet client needs.
- Coordinate and oversee client orders from proposal through delivery.
- Participate in training, product knowledge sessions,
and industry events.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in the promotional industry background is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
