SKILLS REQUIRED

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe application development and support with solid expertise in COBOL, PL/I, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, and z/OS.
- Strong experience in Mainframe modernization initiatives, including migration strategies, refactoring, and legacy application transformation.
- Proficiency in designing and integrating REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures with Mainframe applications.
- Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines,



and DevOps practices for source code management, automated deployments, and release management.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, supporting hybrid cloud integration and modernization of Mainframe workloads.
