This position is based in Drummondville and offers a stimulating environment where innovation and continuous improvement are top priorities.What We Expect From You: Manage 9 key employees, enabling you to lead a plant with 100 unionized employees, fostering a positive work environment that respects the collective agreement.Plan, structure, and direct all production activities to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and profitability objectives.Mobilize and inspire your teams around a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with safety standards and good manufacturing practices.Analyze performance indicators and implement targeted action plans.Collaborate with key departments to optimize operations.Develop and support talent within the supervisory, technical, and unionized teams.Desired Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management,



or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial setting.Inspiring leadership skills, capable of challenging the status quo.Excellent communication and inter-team collaboration skills.Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage priorities.Fluency in French and a good working knowledge of English (an asset).Conditions and Benefits Annual salary: $110,000 to $125,000 CAD.Profit-sharing program.4 weeks of vacation.Adaptable on-site factory schedule with on-call periods.Benefits from day one and pension plan after 3 months.Modern technological environment and stimulating projects.Why Join Us?
