Job Responsibilities





- Manage full-cycle recruitment delivery for accounting and finance roles
- Partner closely with the sourcing team to define search strategy and prioritize pipelines
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening, assessment, and shortlisting
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the interview and offer process
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps with internal teams
- Advise on candidate positioning, compensation expectations, and market insights
- Drive offer management, negotiations, and successful placements
- Maintain accurate ATS and pipeline activity
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve delivery processes, workflows, and tools
- Act as a role model for accountability, collaboration, and high-performance execution

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience in agency recruitment, accounting and finance recruitment experience preferred
- Strong candidate management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
- A growth mindset with interest in modern recruiting tools and technology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in performance-driven culture
