As part of the second line of defence, DRM sets the frameworks, policies, and risk appetite for data risk; conducts crediblechallenge of first line partners; and drives remediation of material data risk issues. The team partners closely with Data, Technology, Information Security and other reliance partners to ensure data is accurate, reliable, secure, and fit for regulatory and business use, supporting compliance with expectations such as BCBS 239, OSFI B-13, and emerging AI governance standards, while enabling innovation at scale in support of TD’s data strategy. and board reporting; develops and monitors Data Risk Appetite Measures; and manages executive communications. The Senior Manager ensures effective risk reporting processes and strengthens communication practices for risk committees and board presentations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver board and risk committee communications (reports, memos, PowerPoints) for Enterprise Data Risk Management.Develop, implement, and monitor Data Risk Appetite Measures.Oversee end‑to‑end risk reporting processes, ensuring explicit and high‑quality communication of data risk narratives.Monitor and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other data risk drivers to identify emerging risks.Lead executive communications, including internal, external, strategic, and industry benchmarking initiatives.Foster a culture of risk management and control, ensuring alignment with the organization’s risk appetite.QualificationsDeep expertise in data risk management best practices and industry trends.Proven track record in board, risk, and regulatory communications and reporting.Strong background in developing and implementing Risk Indicators/Metrics.Strong background in the design and implementation of communication materials to various stakeholders and in various mediums/channels.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive results without direct authority.Demonstrated ability to present ideas and facilitate consensus among diverse stakeholders.Creative, analytical thinker with strong organizational and prioritization skills.Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.Experience collaborating with senior executives, regulators, and cross‑border stakeholders preferred.Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial services.Language Requirement (Quebec Only)Sans Objet#J-18808-Ljbffr
