The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing financial analysis, support, and consultancy services to clients undergoing restructuring or insolvency. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in a supportive environment while working alongside experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities Duties include (but not limited to): Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and forecasts for insolvency cases. Conduct financial due diligence and assessments on distressed companies. Support the development and implementation of insolvency plans and strategies.



Participate in onsite client meetings to discuss financial matters and strategic options. Take possession of businesses as needed, ensuring proper protocols and processes are followed. Collaborate with team members to gather relevant financial information and documentation. Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders. Stay current with industry regulations, trends, and best practices related to corporate insolvency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Active CPA designation (or equivalent) received within the last year. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
