build and implementation of ServiceNow solutionsDevelop and execute test scripts for ServiceNow implementationsPrepare for and facilitate workshop sessions including demonstrations of ServiceNow platform capabilitiesCreate requirements stories, process documentation and training guidesParticipate in project team collaboration sessions with Project Manager, Solution Architects, and ServiceNow Technical ConsultantsProvide support for existing ServiceNow solutions and recommend opportunities for enhancementsBasic QualificationsA bachelor's degree or college diploma in a business-related field4 or more years of hands-on experience with ServiceNowPrevious experience in ServiceNow upgradesPrevious experience with one or more ServiceNow modulesSuperior facilitation and presentation techniques, strong teamworking skillsAbility to professionally represent Accenture with clientsEnglish is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise.
