This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for an execution focused sales leader who thrives in complex, technical, and project‑based sales environments. The role blends strategic oversight with active coaching, pipeline rigor, and customer engagement. What They’ll Own Lead, coach, and develop a North American sales team across strategic and transactional sales Own regional revenue performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy Set and enforce deal qualification standards—focusing the team on the right customers and right opportunities Drive disciplined CRM usage (Salesforce preferred) and consistent sales operating cadence Act as an escalation point for key accounts and complex deals Support growth strategy execution while maintaining structure,
