The work: Lead complex transformation initiatives within our Utilities clients, ensuring sustainable adoption and measurable business outcomes. Develop human‑centered, agile strategies tailored for the digital age. Translate strategic direction and business objectives into holistic transformation programs. Design and implement strategies that enhance organizational agility, culture, and ways of working. Utilize cutting‑edge methodologies and tools, including predictive analytics for change impact assessments,
engagement, collaboration, and facilitation tools, experience design informed by organizational analytics and personas. Drive leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and workforce enablement to ensure successful transformation. Serve as a trusted advisor for leaders, guiding them through change challenges and opportunities. Manage and develop teams, mentoring them to deliver high‑quality solutions. Support business development efforts, including proposals, client presentations, and relationship management. Contribute to thought leadership by driving market research, publishing insights, and enhancing Accenture’s change management capabilities. Travel as required to support client engagements. Here’s what you need: 10+ years of experience in talent and transformation, including at least 5 years in consulting. 7+ years of experience within Utilities sector. A proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation initiatives. Expertise in designing and implementing change strategies for complex organizations. Solid stakeholder management and leadership coaching experience. A University Degree is required for this position. English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada,
US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English‑speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement. Bonus points if: At least 10 years of experience working as a consultant on change management. Experience in three or more of the following areas: Change Analytics, Change Tracking, Design Thinking, Change Capability Development, Agile Change, Employee Experience, Familiarity with digital change management tools, HR automation, and future workforce design. Experience in transformations involving policy, technology, and workforce change. MBA or graduate‑level degree in Organizational Development, Change Management related field. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full‑time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
