You will provide financial insights, analysis, and reporting to guide strategic and operational decisions.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and cash flow projections for real estate portfolios and development projects.Conduct budget-to-actual reviews and identify key performance drivers and trends.Partner with real estate clients to understand their business objectives and provide actionable financial insights.Deliver regular financial updates, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses to support client decision‐making.Assist clients with accounting inquiries and ensure compliance with reporting standards.Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations.Support month‐end and quarter‐end close processes,
