We're excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a Maintenance Millwright . Join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of automated packaging equipment. Your expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment will be essential in maintaining a high-efficiency production environment.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Performing mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on automated packaging equipment and production machinery.
- Installing, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, bearings, and other industrial equipment.
- Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Performing preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Collaborating with production and maintenance teams to quickly resolve equipment issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical specifications.
- Performing precision alignments, equipment installations, and machinery rebuilds.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, safety, and reliability.
- Maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to all company and regulatory safety standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate of Qualification.




- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an automated manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with experience maintaining high-speed production equipment.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and power transmission systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience within the food, pharmaceutical, or packaging manufacturing industries.
- Welding and fabrication experience is considered an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift: Straight Afternoons (3:00pm-11:00pm)
