Duration: 24 months + possible 10 months extension

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Monitor, triage, and prioritize trouble tickets; elevate service requests as incidents, change requests, or support development of Business Requirements
- Develop and document requirements and alternatives; perform business analysis of DRMIS/SAP incidents to identify workflows, procedures, and information needs
- Compile, prioritize, distribute, follow up on, resolve, and close DRMIS/SAP incidents, including aeronautical-related issues
- Support the Technical Authority in scoring and prioritizing incidents and Change Requests for triannual prioritization meetings
- Evaluate and improve procedures, database content, structures, application subsystems, and reporting methodologies
- Establish acceptance test criteria with stakeholders and ensure alignment with departmental methodologies, policies, procedures.
- Perform additional tasks aligned with the TBIPS Help Desk Specialist role as required
- Utilize SAP Solution Manager, SAP Plant Maintenance, and MS Office Suite to manage incidents, documentation, reporting, and analysis
What You Bring To The Table
- 5+ years of experience in reporting and monitoring incidents within IT applications, supporting improvements to related business processes
- 3+ years of SAP experience, including SAP Solution Manager and SAP Plant Maintenance, experience may be concurrent and based on software versions released over the past 5 years
- 5+ years of experience in a defence aviation maintenance environment
- 5+ years of experience in incident management and problem solving within SAP systems using SAP Solution Manager
- 5+ years of experience producing reports from SAP
- Experience using each of the following applications: MS Office Suite, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Planner, MS Access, RDIMS/GC Docs, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and SAP GRC
- College diploma or certificate in engineering, science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
