Kenaidan and Murphy are excited to announce a joint venture dedicated to bringing global innovation to infrastructure projects across Ontario.Project OverviewThe Bloor-Yonge Capacity Improvements Project is a significant undertaking by the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) to expand and modernize Bloor-Yonge station – Canada’s busiest subway hub. This initiative is focused on meeting both current and future ridership needs by improving the station’s efficiency, capacity, and accessibility.The Kenaidan Murphy Joint Venture (KMJV) is committed to transforming the station to enable faster, more reliable, and more comfortable travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area. With around 4,000 engineers, professional managers, and skilled operatives internationally, we work together as One Murphy to ensure project success.Benefits- Top wages- Benefit coverage for you and your dependents- Employer RRSP contributions (no match required)- Paid Time OffLocationToronto, ONPositionProject Controls CoordinatorResponsibilities- Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules.- Collect, validate, and analyze project performance data from multiple stakeholders.- Assist with cost tracking, budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis.- Prepare weekly and monthly project controls reports and dashboards.- Monitor key project performance indicators (KPIs), productivity metrics, and project milestones.- Coordinate progress measurement activities and earned value reporting.- Assist in identifying schedule, cost, and performance risks.- Maintain project controls databases, logs, and reporting tools.- Support change management processes, including tracking potential changes, trends, and approved change orders.- Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, commercial staff,



and client representatives to ensure accurate reporting.- Assist with project meetings and prepare supporting documentation, reports, and presentations.- Ensure project records, supporting documentation, and project controls information are maintained in accordance with project requirements.Education and Experience- Post‑secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.- 3–7 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, cost control, project coordination, or project management within construction or infrastructure projects.- Experience on large‑scale transit, transportation, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects is an asset.- Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, forecasting, progress measurement, change management, reporting, and risk management.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.- Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, EcoSys, Power BI, or similar project controls software is preferred.- Solid analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment.- Experience on major infrastructure, transit, transportation, heavy civil, or building projects is preferred.Salary Range$85,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an inclusive and equal opportunity employer committed to providing diversity and accommodation for applicants upon request in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).#J-18808-Ljbffr
