This role is ideal for someone who has done complete kitchen projects , not just one portion of the work. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be responsible for the full installation process on residential kitchen projects, including: Cabinet installation and cabinet refacing Working with veneer materials and finishes Flooring installation, door replacements, trim,
and general carpentry Demolition and site prep Ensuring projects move efficiently while maintaining high‑quality standards What We’re Looking For 3+ years of hands‑on experience in kitchen renovations Proven experience with cabinet refacing and veneer work (required) Strong general carpentry skills Comfortable working on full kitchen installations from start to finish Valid driver’s license Ability to pass a criminal background check Schedule Full‑time position Monday to Friday, with some weekend work as needed Pay & What We Offer $28–$34 per hour, depending on experience Company vehicle provided (gas and maintenance covered) Comprehensive health care plan Free uniforms Performance‑based bonusesTeam events and a supportive work workplace We value quality craftsmanship delivered efficiently.
