Family owned Compensation & Hours: The rate of pay will be $45K–50K/year + commission, depending on experience Monday-Friday Position Summary: Executing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives Identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions Working with clients to provide specific solutions for their product requirements,



including customizable options as needed Utilizing market research and data analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales and marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed Remaining informed about industry developments and market trends Required Qualifications: Must currently reside in Lethbridge area and have a local network Strong aptitude for sales, including the ability to communicate directly with clients Strong interpersonal communication skills Entrepreneurial drive and desire to exceed targets and drive business growth Robust problem‑solving skills and ability to brainstorm solutions with clients Knowledge of Microsoft office suite High value on reliability, honesty, and pride in quality of work Bonus Points For: Photoshop experience Packaging industry experience Right People.
