Tell us about how your natural ability to engage with others reassures and inspires confidence.As a Corporate Security Guard, there is a high focus on desk duties, Scheduled Patrolling and customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in a High profile Corporate environmenWhat's in it for you?Hourly wage of $16.22+ Comprehensive benefitsWe will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorldAcademyCareer growth opportunities at GardaWorldUniform provided at no costPermanent Positions we are looking to fillP1: Saturday to Wednesday (0700-1500)P2: Monday to Friday (1500-2300)Responsibilities for Corporate Security GuardWelcome and assist visitors, verify identification,issue and provide transparent guidance while maintaining excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.Control access at entry and exit pointsusing electronic systems or physical checks to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.Conduct regular interior and exterior patrolsof stairwells, hallways, and common areas to establish presence, identify risks, and maintain order.Monitor and document all security systems and CCTVfor suspicious activity or operational issues, escalating concerns when needed.Inspect and report maintenance needsrelatedto security equipment and facility infrastructure.Respond promptly to incidents or complaints,



provide first aid when required, and coordinate effectively with emergency responders.Secure identified doors, ensure proper locking procedures, and enforce property regulations and city by-laws at all times.Protect client assetsagainst theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other safety concerns by remaining alert and proactive.Document all activities, including incident reports, maintenance logs, and daily reports, ensuring accuracy and timely communication of concerns.Foster positive staff relationshipsand act as the first point of contact during emergencies to ensure a coordinated and professional response.Qualifications for Corporate Security GuardBe authorized to work in CanadaFirst aid certification an assetProficient in basic phone & computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience as a Security guard in a high profile site (asset)Leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a stressful environmentApply today – this could be more than a job! 26% of our corporate employees started as frontline workers.
